Oh my goodness!!!! Yesterday was a very, very weird day. I was fine Monday but yesterday, I was sososo sick! Fever, chills, headache. I finally got some Tylenol and I got some sleep and I feel almost good today. Only a head and eye ache. Oh, by the way, my roommate DP is so messed up! He's still cool though. Anyway, I was sick so I couldn't go get my medicine so I asked him to pick up some for me. Oh, by the way, he owes me a punishment. Well, he called me later and says that he'll get me medicine if i cancel his punishment! How dare he! That's so wrong! I'm sitting here, feeling like crap and he's trying to blackmail me. Well, I got him back though. I said that if he doesn't get me medicine, I'll make his punishment extra bad, like I'll write him a script and he has to say exactly that to a Korean girl in front of all the koreans or something like that. Embarrass him badly. So he asked that if he got the medicine, I have to reduce the punishment. haha I won!!!! I let him off his punishment, because I'm such a good roommate. =) It's all good. I'll just get DP back somehow! hahahaha

My English teacher is pregnant and I think she got sick today so she cancelled classes today. I was kinda upset because I actually did the reading assignment before class! (For those who don't know me well, I rarely do my reading before). Other than that, it was a decent Wednesday. I have a Biochem test on Friday so wish me luck!

I was reading one of my friend's xanga and I realized something; It's so much easier to find fault in one's self than to find one's goods (talents, intelligence, etc.) Why is that? It is so that you don't look arrogant? I don't know. For me, I honestly can't find that many good things about me. Yeah, yeah, people tell me good things about me but I can't see it in myself. How weird.... Well, anyway, I'm going to go. Talk to you later!

Have you ever had one of those days where everything seems to go wrong and then somehow, at the end of the day, you either see or hear something that tells you that everything is going to be ok and that God is actually there caring for you? Well, I had one like that. My day was long and horrible and I just wanted to die. When my classes finally ended at 5:30, I just wanted to go home and sleep. But then I decided to go eat with my friends. I have unbelievable friends. hehe Don't let that go to your heads, DP and Eunice! We just sat there eating and talking and laughing. It is true what they say: Laughter is the best medicine. I think her friend thought we were weird but it's all good. Then my dad called me and told me that God is the best provider. Like when I need something, I ask my dad but he can't always provide but God will always be there for me. Just what I needed to hear. Then my sister wrote an essay and said some nice things about me. hehe It made me feel good. haha That maybe superficial but hey, who doesn't like being complimented huh? It's so amazing how God knows exactly what you need and provides it right when you need it. hehe. It's not like I even prayed about it. My prayer life has been a little slacking but no more!

Well, I feel better now, after about 8 hours of sleep. I hope everyone has a good day!

yeah, yeah, I know, I've posted twice already today but I thought this was great to read....

The Positive Side of Life...

Living on Earth is expensive, but it does include a free trip around the sun every year.

How long a minute is depends on what side of the bathroom door you're on.

Birthdays are good for you; the more you have, the longer you live.

Happiness comes through doors you didn't even know you left open.

Ever notice that the people who are late are often much jollier than the people who have to wait for them?

If Walmart is lowering prices every day, how come nothing is free yet?

Some mistakes are too much fun to only make once.

Don't cry because it's over; smile because it happened.

We could learn a lot from crayons: some are sharp, some are pretty, some are dull, some have weird names, and all are different colors....but they all exist very nicely in the same box.

A truly happy person is one who can enjoy the scenery on a detour.
Oh yeah, forgot to mention. This stupid thing marks all my posts with Pacific Standard time so add 3 hours to the time and that's when I posted.
I've never really kept a journal that well, let alone an on-line one.

Man, this weekend was so much fun. I love bowling!!!! I got a 166. That's my highest score in a long time. hehe Because of my one good game, DP, my roommate owes me a punishment and Jihye owes me dinner! YEA! I WIN! And the best part of bowling night was that 2 people who doesn't go to our church came. This guy named Kenney and Ben from GA United. We had a ball!

Man, I can be the dumbest person in the world. I don't want to go into detail about it but I think I hurt a friend this weekend. I could be totally wrong about this and didn't hurt anyone but if I did, please come and talk to me. I didn't do it on purpose and I have a bad memory so I make mistakes like that.

Finally, I'm almost done organizing my room! hahahaha I'm so excited! I know it took me forever but you try organizing your room while trying to study for your classes. It's pretty tough. Now that I'm practically done, I want people to come and visit me!!!! haha. I'll make you dinner. hehe (ramen)

Well, I have a test tomorrow in Organic Chem so I have to go back to studying. Wish me luck!!!

P.S. This is to people who are hurting right now for any of the many reasons out there: Whenever you start to feel down, think of all the dumb and lame things I do and say. hehe It's true. Well, it makes me feel better, anyway. =)
